——————————————

The organizational team of this project includes two high school teachers (mathematics and social studies) and one community college teacher (language arts). It is our intention to provide you and your entire classroom with free entry to our event, in exchange for your participation in any one of the suggested or self-created projects exploring our dependency and consumption of Fuel.

We will not be overly judging the quality of the work for entry to the event, though we will be showcasing stellar student work as part of the exhibition. Our first year is about classroom participation - feel free to suggest another way in which your classroom will participate in a conversation about FUEL.

Teachers should commit at least one full classroom of students to completing a project. Students will be provided with paper tickets good for only their entry - students having difficulty affording tickets for their parents should explore student submission options to earn an additional ticket. Student work submissions in the school are NOT required to display any information about the event.
