an adult. Students with a financial hardship in paying for an adult
ticket are encouraged to earn a companion ticket by doing more work.

Refund Policy
Brown Paper Tickets offers refunds of the
full face value of tickets for events that are canceled or postponed. To
receive a refund for a canceled or postponed show, contact Brown Paper
Tickets by telephone at 1-800-838-3006 or by e-mail at Support@BrownPaperTickets.com
within three days of the first day of the event. Brown Paper Tickets
will then provide you with instructions for receiving your refund.
Refunds are available for reasons other than an event being canceled or
postponed on a case by case basis. Please call Brown Paper Tickets at
1-800-838-3006 and see if you are eligible.

Privacy Policy
We know that you care how your information is
used, and we appreciate your trust that we will protect it and use it
appropriately. By purchasing tickets to Fuel: PDX on Fire, you are
accepting the Privacy Policy described below. In signing up for the
Fuel: PDX on Fire Emailing List, we will apply the Privacy Policy
described below.
1. Personal Information
• Information You Provide. Information you
enter for the Emailing List is collected by Fuel: PDX on Fire. The
information you enter for online tickets is collected by Brown Paper
Tickets, which adheres to this same Privacy Policy. The Box Office
information is made available to Fuel to process your orders and to
communicating with you. BPT provides us with the following information
for each and every ticket.
– Name
– Age
– Ticket Bar Code Number
– Contact Information
– Emergency Contact Information
2. Use of Information
• Ticket Purchases. Many parts of Brown
Paper Tickets may be accessed without providing any personal
information. Personal information is only required when necessary, such
as when purchasing tickets.
• Gate Volunteers. Our gate and ticketing
volunteers are provided with a printed list of all ticket purchasers
with their name, age, contact and emergency contact information. They
will confirm this information or update it as needed, as well as check
your identification.
• Agents. We employ other companies and
individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include
delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing
credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to
perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
• Law Enforcement. If we receive a lawful
court order to release account or other personal information then we
will comply with the law. We will also release information when
necessary to protect the life, safety, or property of others. This
includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations
for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
3. Protecting Information
• Paper registers of liability waiver
signatures and customer information will be kept with a confidential
document service.
• We use encryption to protect your
information contained in our customer list.
• We use a firewall to protect against
unlawful intrusion.
• We limit access to your information on a
"need to know" basis.
• It is important for you to protect
against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be
sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
• No system can guarantee absolute
security. However, we take every reasonable precaution to assure that
your data is secure.
4. Children
• Every youth ticket purchased for this
event will require the following information entered on Brown Paper
Ticket’s Website:
– Firstname, Lastname
– Birthdate
– Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number
• Additionally, you MUST fill out a
“Permission to Treat” form (similar to the school district’s field trip
release form) before we will allow your minor onto the premises.
• This form will ask for
– Firstname, Lastname
– Birthdate
– Signature of Parent or Guardian
– Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number
